Are some brands of dirt bikes / watercrafts cheaper to fix than others? - 93 kawasaki jet ski carburator
So I wonder, all major brands of dirt bikes, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, etc. as well as boats. It is the least expensive original parts and is generally less expensive to resolve, or are all the same?
The reason I ask is that I am an 93 Kawasaki KX 250 Dirt Bike am, and from 91 Kawasaki Jet Ski. Just a coincidence, I'm not a big fan of Kawasaki or anything. But I had a problem a few times if I have a game, and it is absolutely rediculously price. For example, my dirt bike a little small (Valve Part # 12005B), can hardly be considered a valve, in most cases a little over 1 cm long, very small, simple, and the same line that we are about $ 40 more. The bike shop that you$ 60 for this little piece of metal. A 99 percent spike foot Clipper much more complex and has twice as much metal.
Another example, in my jet-ski into the carburetor is a small piece of plastic that are not very general and very little is complicated, one can probably hide under a dime with room to spare. Only the top 25 percent of pens used probably 3 times more plastic, and is much more complex, but they want almost $ 10 for this piece of black plastic.
There are many other examples of pieces of scrap that cost ridiculous. Is it just a matter of Kawasaki, or are the marks? It may be a sign if all parties are much more cost effective? I understand that there is supply and demand, and everything, but some of the small pieces are ridiculous.

All major brands are very similar in price a little more or less. This is not just a question of Kawasaki least. Also, the transition to a KTM, and the parties have a decisive leap in the price ... especially if you go through a distributor in some of the OEM. Parts can be ordered online at places like bike bandit when you buy something cheaper and simultaneously from multiple locations, will cover the transportation costs ... You need just a little longer to have it in your hands to wait.
Well, not just an isolated case, because they can all be very costly.
