My Lockbox disadvantages? - password lockbox

My Lockbox is a great program, I've downloaded, for free at download.com. I installed with no problem. No technical problems, spyware, adware, viruses, all kinds of works like a charm and is very easy to use.

My question is:
Is there a downside to this program?
Am I cheating?
Is this a program that offers "free" and you are paid after a few months?

Everything seems too good to be true.
