You may have an allergy to chlorine, but what you describe does not appear as an allergy. Allergies manifest as skin rash and itching, or hives. Sometimes the allergic reaction may be more stringent than if.

Go to the MD to be sure, but not here as an allergy.

No image allergic rash poly morphic or can a sunburn or better success can be allergic to the doctor, or use a cream for protection against UV as some Cetirizin histaminic
